Before you write
When will my racket arrive?
Please allow up to 2 weeks. Every racket is sent tracked, and we email the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.
Where do you deliver?
The United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and the United States. We are not yet able to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other countries.
How do I return a racket?
Email us within 14 days of receiving it and we will send return instructions. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage. If a racket is faulty, tell us within 14 days and we cover the return.
Which racket should I choose?
If you are still building consistency, start with the teardrop. If your timing is reliable and you want more from your smash, look at a diamond. The racket finder explains its suggestion.
