A carbon padel racket lasts longer with a little care, and none of it is complicated.
Keep it cool
Heat is hard on the foam core. Keep your racket out of hot cars, away from radiators and out of direct sun.
Use a cover
A padel cover stops scuffs when your racket travels in your kit bag.
Check it after a hard knock
After contact with the wall, glass or floor, look over the frame edge and make sure the face layers are still flat before you play on.
Scuffs and scratches
Light scuffs on the surface are cosmetic and normal once you start playing. What matters is the frame and whether the face layers stay flat.
Overgrips
Most players add an overgrip to fine-tune the handle thickness and keep a dry hold. Our rackets take any standard padel overgrip; change it when it starts to feel smooth.
When to replace it
Replace a racket if you find cracks in the frame or face, or if the face layers start to lift. If it simply feels flatter after months of regular play, that is the core telling you it has done its job.
