Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your racket. If you are not, here is how returns work. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, wherever you live.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just email us at renzuka.hq@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you would like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the racket back.

Please email us before sending anything, and we will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return the racket in its original condition with any packaging, protected well for the journey.
You can check the racket as you would in a shop, but if it has been played with or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect its loss in value.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of sending the racket back. From the United States this means international postage, so please email us first and we will confirm the best return address. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If your racket arrives faulty or damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement, and we cover any return costs. In the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full. In the US, your rights under federal and state consumer law apply in full.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the racket back, or of you giving us proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
