Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and to the United States. We are not yet able to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other countries.

Cost

Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, which includes every racket in our range. Smaller orders are £4.99. The same applies in the UK and the US. If you are shopping from the United States, prices and the delivery charge are shown in US dollars at the day's exchange rate.

How long it takes

Our rackets are sent directly from our partner warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a local parcel. Please allow up to 2 weeks, whether you are in the UK or the US. Most orders arrive sooner.

Tracking

As soon as your racket is dispatched, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Import charges

UK orders: you should not have to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives. If a courier ever asks you for a fee, please contact us before paying.

US orders: our prices do not include US import duties or sales tax. If the carrier asks you to pay a duty or fee before delivery, please email us with the amount before you pay and we will sort it out with you.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time above, or the tracking has stopped updating, email renzuka.hq@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it straight away.
