Please allow up to 2 weeks. Every racket is sent tracked, and we email the tracking number as soon as it is dispatched.

We deliver to the UK and the United States. In both, delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, which includes every racket in our range.

Yes. US orders ship from the same partner warehouse, take up to 2 weeks, and prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. We are not yet able to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or countries other than the UK and the US.

You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us first and we will send return instructions; for change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage. If a racket arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 14 days and we will arrange a refund or replacement and cover the return.

If you are new to padel or still building consistency, start with a teardrop: its sweet spot is more forgiving. A diamond suits players whose timing is reliable and who want more from their smash. The racket finder asks four quick questions and explains its suggestion.

Every racket measures 455 by 260 by 38 mm, within the official FIP size limits for length, width and thickness.

Yes. Plenty of UK players call it a padel bat. The official name is a padel racket, and it is the same solid, perforated racket either way.

It describes the carbon weave on the face: roughly 3,000, 12,000 or 18,000 filaments in each strand. A lower number makes a finer weave pattern and a higher number a bolder one. The grade does not make a racket better on its own: shape, core and balance change how it plays far more, so choose by how you play.

You should not have to pay anything extra when the parcel arrives. If a courier ever asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.

Most players add an overgrip to fine-tune the handle thickness and keep a dry hold. Our rackets take any standard padel overgrip.

Played once or twice a week and looked after, a carbon racket usually keeps its feel for a year or more. Keep it out of hot cars, use a cover in your bag and check the frame after a hard knock.
